Markdown, drawing, HTML, mind maps and input diaries

NanoMouse connects Markdown, handwritten canvases, HTML, causal diagrams, mind maps and diaries to a reusable input workspace.

Use Markdown editing and preview for long prompts, notes, code and requirements; a canvas for handwritten ideas; causal diagrams and mind maps for structure; and HTML source with preview. Full editing primarily takes place in the main app.

Creative documents can be saved in the app’s iCloud Drive area and reused through supported tools or Byte Paste. File format and system sharing support determine how another app can receive them.

Diary mode is enabled by the user and organizes recorded input material by date. Diary tools include AI generation, rewriting and review. This is not unrestricted access to every app’s input history; explicitly chosen cloud AI processing sends the relevant material to the selected service.

How to use it

  1. Choose Markdown, canvas, HTML or a diagram tool in the main app.
  2. Edit and save, then preview, share or reuse the file through Byte Paste.
  3. Enable diary recording when wanted and review the captured daily material.

Frequently asked questions

Can every document be fully edited in the keyboard?

The keyboard provides shortcuts and material access. Full document editing primarily happens in the main app.

Does the diary record everything in every app by default?

No. It is enabled by the user, and its scope depends on the input workflow, settings and OS capabilities.
